Bankruptcy of Waco BV

Bergen op Zoom – Unfortunately, we have had to file for bankruptcy for Waco BV, one of the four companies within our Concrete Valley Group, on July 16, 2025.

A Difficult Decision

This difficult decision was made after an intensive period of restructuring and efforts to restore the company’s financial health. Unfortunately, these measures proved insufficient. The main causes include structurally disappointing revenues, significant delays in ongoing and planned projects, rising personnel costs, and overall cost increases combined with unfavorable market conditions.

A Drastic and Regrettable Step

Despite various adjustments in recent months, we have not been able to turn the tide. The management of Concrete Valley deeply regrets this outcome. With the disappearance of Waco, we lose a company with a rich history and a valuable contribution to our group.

Other Companies Remain Operational

The other three companies within our group remain fully operational. They operate independently and are not affected by Waco BV’s bankruptcy filing. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your representative at Concrete Valley or reach out via the general contact details on this website.
