Clubhouse de boompjes

In 2020, Microbeton was commissioned to manufacture 261 balconies for two prominent residential towers on the Maas River in Rotterdam, named: Clubhouse de Boompjes.The balcony elements were produced with anti-slip and included a gutter. The first balconies were assembled in mid-2023, with construction of Clubhouse de Boompjes scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024.

The prefabricated balconies for Clubhouse de Boompjes were produced in the Netherlands and then transported to the construction site fully assembled.Due to the simple detachable system, the balconies are assembled in a fraction of the time compared to traditional construction with scaffolding.
